to join SGAPT
If you are already a member of the Association for Play Therapy
(APT) and would like to join SGAPT please complete the following application and send your $5.00 membership to the address listed at the top of the form. Keep in mind you can always choose to be a secondary member of SGAPT even if you are already a member of another state branch of
APT.
